Presented by the North Wyldewood Tradition
Nestled in the forest of Harriman State Park, just an hour north of New York City, Wyldewood Witch Camp is a weekend immersion into magic, ritual, and elemental connection.
This summer, a small, heart-centered gathering will bring together a circle of seekers to explore the mysteries of Air—the breath of Spirit, the voice of intuition, and the whispering winds of change. Guided by the Elders of the North Wyldewood Tradition, you’ll spend three days in sacred space, honoring the land, sharing meals, practicing rituals, and deepening your magic within a supportive, inclusive spiritual community.
Whether you are a seasoned Witch or just beginning to walk the Spiral Path, this weekend offers space to reconnect—with yourself, with Nature, and with the Divine.

"There is a way that nature speaks, that land speaks. Most of the time we are simply not patient enough, quiet enough to pay attention to the story."
-- Linda Hogan

Workshops and Magical Explorations
Throughout the weekend (July 18-20) you’ll have the opportunity to take part in a series of guided workshops, nature-based experiences, and magical practices—each designed to deepen your connection to the Element of Air and to strengthen your skills as a magical practitioner.
Here's a glimpse at what to expect:

Guided Nature Walk & Offerings
Led by a North Wyldewood Coven member, all participants will join us to connect with the spirits of place, and begin the weekend with gratitude.

Divination in Motion
An exploration of omens and external signs—rustling leaves, flying birds, wind shifts—as tools of divination, and a framework for regular practice.

Magic Around the Air Altar
A shared, co-created space for reflection, invocation, and spontaneous magic throughout our weekend together.

Elemental Energy Work
You’ll be guided through exercises to attune to elemental currents, with a focus on the breath, movement, and the clarity that Air can bring.

Bardic Circle
Around the evening fire, we'll share myths, poems, stories, and spells. This ritual (always a part of our Coven retreats!) will honor connection to voice, memory, and the weaving of worlds.

Guided Journeys and Ritual
Beyond what we can list here, the weekend will include several rituals connecting to the Land and deepening our connection to intuition and magic.

What About Cabin Housing? How Does the Tradition Support Gender Inclusivity?
-
We are a Tradition that strives to be inclusive and welcoming to trans and nonbinary participants. Due to the space limitations of the site, we are able to offer two guest cabins, each with two bedrooms (3 cots in each room) this year:
-
One cabin is reserved for attendees who identify as female
-
One cabin is reserved for attendees who identify as male
-
-
We understand that this may not be ideal for everyone, and we wish we had the space to offer more options. We invite each participant to choose the cabin that feels most aligned and comfortable for them.
-
There will be a space on the application form to share questions about housing—we’re committed to doing our best to make sure everyone feels respected and supported, within the parameters of the site for this event.
